A big thank you to Heather McKenzie from the Controlled Schools' Support Council who came to school today and led our Staff Development programme.
Working alongside Heather, the staff began the journey of reviewing and updating the school’s Ethos, Vision snd Values.
This is a journey that will also involve the pupils, parents and governors of Ballytrea Primary School - so keep your eyes peeled in the New Year, when we will also be holding a pupils and parents workshop!
