We are learning about Chocolate as our new WAU topic. It is so interesting to find out where it comes from and how it is made. Today was a freezing cold day so we warmed ourselves by making hot chocolate which everyone enjoyed very much. There is lots of science in making hot chocolate such as measuring out, heating, dissolving and melting. Next week we may have some chocolate taste tests and Mr Black has kindly volunteered to help us with that...I wonder why?!
