P1 & 2 this week have been learning all about ourselves. We have been learning about the different parts of our body such as head, arms, legs, neck etc. At the art table they were busy decorating smaller versions of themselves to put on our new wall display. They also were learning about the different parts of their face such as nose, eyes, mouth and ears and had fun making these with playdough. We also discussed how we live in different houses and some people had the chance to use photos of houses as inspiration for trying to builld their own house from lego. We also discussed how people and animals are different and had a go at sorting pictures together using a carroll diagram.
