The foundation stage class as part of their topic about travel have been learning all about journeys. They have been thinking about their journey to school and places that they pass along the way. They also read the book 'The Journey' by Neil Griffiths and had fun using the large mat in the story sack to show the journey that the boat travelled along a river to the sea. They also revised over all their letter sounds this week and P1 had fun matching pictures to letter sounds. P2 were busy practising their capital letters in their handwriting booklets.
