IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR P7 PUPILS AND PARENTS!
Originally post primary schools and the Education Authority had planned to inform P7 parents of their child's post primary placement on Saturday 30th May.
The Education Authority has announced that it will now prepare and issue notification of post primary placement letters, on behalf of schools to parents/guardians, for receipt on
THURSDAY 4th JUNE 2020.
The letter sent to parents will provide the application outcome, information on the appeals process if required and a link to the EA website for more information.
At the moment we are aware that post is a little slower than we would normally expect, therefore in the event of your letter not arriving in time from the Education Authority, Mr Black can be contacted directly on our school mobile number (07902 984046) on Thursday 4th June and Friday 5th June. He will be able to to assist you with the communication of your post primary placements.
EA will also operate a helpdesk on Thursday 4th June from 1pm. This is specifically for parents of pupils whose letter does not arrive in the post.
We are disappointed that the date has been slightly postponed for our P7 pupils, but we will continue to support parents in the communication of post primary placements where we can.
