Every Friday morning, the same wee face comes up and asks me who is taking Buddy home! I was delighted to reply to that same question yesterday, “YOU!” 😀
This weekend Buddy 🧸 is off to stay with James (P3)!
In school, James is a real character who brightens up everybody’s day. He works hard and is a pleasure to teach.
However, that’s not why James is taking Buddy home this week!
James is taking Buddy home this week because he is the BEST BIG BROTHER anyone could have!
Unfortunately James’ younger sister Joanna (P1) wasn’t able to make it to our Christmas dinner on Thursday.
Whilst all the other kids were having fun and pulling their crackers, James refused.
When Mrs Craig asked why, James said he was a little sad that Joanna was missing out; and that he was saving his cracker to take home and share with Joanna, so that she could have some fun as well!
Isn’t that just brilliant! What a great big brother you are James!
Whilst I know you were a little disappointed that Buddy couldn’t come with us to the Panto yesterday 🎪, I know that you will really enjoy spending the weekend with him!
